How does Full Wave Breathing work?
It works like any exercise in that it increases circulation, provides an internal massage and increases your breathing capacity and the life force energy in your body. Regular practice results in a habit of healthy breathing so it works even when you aren’t thinking about it.
What kind of benefits can be expected from Full Wave Breathing?

Who can benefit?
Virtually everyone who is able to breath without mechanical assistance can benefit from learning how to progressively resolve stresses stored in the mindbody system.
Are there any contraindications?
Nothing we know of if you are in normal good health. The only side effects are positive ones. We recommend that you take it slowly in the beginning so your body does not detox too quickly. Please consult your licensed practitioner if you are being medically treated or taking prescription medication.

I am planning on attending a Full Wave Breath Session---What Should I wear? Do I need to bring anything with me?
Whether you are attending a group session or have a private session, wear loose comfortable clothing. For the group session, we ask that you bring a pillow (for comfort used under the knees to support the back) and a blanket and water.
