TESTIMONIALS
October 15, 2006 was the day that truly moved me. My first experience with the Full Wave Breathing brought me joy, happiness, love of life, love of myself and others. As I relaxed into the breath -- a change came on quickly. The feeling of anxiousness, fright, the fear of being and feeling within myself. I immediately felt a strong, warm hold on my thighs that continued to move to my abdomen and created a deep whirling feeling ( a stirring of energy building stronger and stronger ). My body began to tremble, the emotions flowed, I felt the energy throughout my body flowing like a river. As the energy ran through my arms, it settled in my hands and left me numb and tingly at the same time. I could not move. I was very surprised that I felt so much so fast. Crying - Laughing - Shaking. When we were winding down to a normal pace breath, I felt a moment of wholeness/lightness. I did feel weak and dizzy when I sat up so, I laid back down for a few more minutes. When I did bring myself to a seated position I felt a rush of energy run down through my left leg straight through the sole of my foot. I couldn't move it. Then it stopped. I felt such a release. It made me SMILE! Realizing that for the past 10 years I've had problems with my left knee due to a complete ACL tear. Prior to this class my knee was very sore due to the buckling that would occur. Since this experience, I have not had any pain or uncomfortable ache in regards to my left knee. Thank you for such an experience. I look forward to continuing and sharing the benefits of FWB with my family and friends.

When I first heard about Full Wave Breathing, I admit, I was skeptical. I wasn’t sure what I was “in for”. I had never been exposed to meditation or yoga and I thought it was similar, so I was curious. Well, what a ride I’ve been on for the past year since my first exposure to Full Wave Breathing, the process has changed my life in every way. I had experienced a past with a lot of what people may call trauma/drama. I experienced anxiety attacks and panic attacks the depression became so severe that there were days that I could not get out of bed so I sought the advice of a medical Doctor. At that time I had been medicated and thought I was doing well, but still feeling empty and lost – I knew I needed something different. When I started the process of breathing daily, my life changed, I started looking at the world a little differently, and it wasn’t so bad, in fact, maybe fun and exciting. I’m not saying that there are not up’s and down’s as you move through the layers of “stuff” but knowing that each time it is a step closer to becoming closer to the real me is worth it. I am grateful every day that I have found Full Wave Breathing to accompany me on my life’s journey.

I was first introduced to Full Wave Breathing by Linda Osga in November 2005. At first I did not fully understand the concept or was I committed to practice it on a regular basis. Linda Osga continued to help me understand the importance of this practice and ask me to attend a workshop conducted by Dr. Goode in April 2006. Attending Dr. Goode’s workshop began the turning point in my life. After a full day discussing, practicing and learning how effective this practice can be, I began practicing Full Wave Breathing on a regular basis…almost everyday. Now you ask, what does it really do….the answer is that it changes your life in many ways. First, the practice of Full Wave Breathing let me spend time on myself which led to better health better attitude and an insight as to the unlimited possibilities and potential that I have within myself. Everyday life can put you in a box where you believe that there is no way out. Full Wave Breathing can change this and lead you into a new direction, a higher level of consciousness, and a state of Well-Being…this is what it did for me. I had nowhere to go but up…in July 2002, was giving 6 weeks to live and 2 years ago after surviving 4 years I was placed on the Heart Transplant List. By April of 2006, I did not have a desire to continue knowing that the pain was getting worse and the quality of life was very poor. Today I have a very positive attitude…I have not received a Heart Transplant and I have survived. I still suffer with pain but my quality of life has gotten much better. I believe now that I will survive and I am thankful I have been able to enjoy life not just live everyday. Feelings inside of me have changed….and believe that Full Wave Breathing has led to that change…..

This testimonial was sent to me two weeks after this participant began the Full Wave Breathing practice: Hey Linda, I thought you might be interested in hearing this bit of info. I've been seeing a homeopath who uses quantum biofeefback. The last test showed my oxygen level in my body at 48%. She was concerned about the lack of oxygen. I knew it was because I held my breath alot. Well, she tested me today, and my oxygen level is reading 98%. She thinks the breathwork course is definitely a positive step in my life. I also believe it is making a difference. See you sunday.
